YBM E-course

Welcome to the Your Brain Matters Online Learning Program.

The following e-course has been designed to assist workplaces and employees to identify ways that they can improve their brain health.

This program has been designed to show you the close links between what’s good for your physical health and what’s good for your brain.

The program should take approximately 30 minutes to complete. You’ll do a self assessment to see where you currently stand, answer questions to find out how much you know about brain, body and heart health, watch videos to find out how these areas are linked to dementia risk, and finally, view suggestions for the small changes you can make in your own life.

Click here to begin.  The e-course will open in a new tab.

Call the National Dementia Helpline on 1800 100 500 for questions, information, advice.

If you are looking for information about the Macquarie retina research trial which was mentioned recently on TV, we unfortunately do not have any information about the trial. Please contact Macquarie Opthalmology on (02) 9812-3933 for all questions about the trial.
